Bradford Youth Concert Band meets every Friday evening from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm in the basement of St Luke's Church of England First School, off Fagley Lane, Eccleshill, Bradford (first right behind St Luke's Church on the roundabout at the junction of Pullan Avenue and Harrogate Road). WANT TO JOIN US? We are always on the lookout for new woodwind and particularly brass players at Grade 3 or with one year's experience.  We are also in urgent need a confident drummer/percussionist. Whilst we are a "youth" band, ALL ages are very welcome. If transport is a problem, please enquire anyway as we may be able to help. Used to play an instrument at school?  Why not take it up again?  We would very much like to hear from older, more experienced musicians, as well as players from the age of 11, and we do have some brass instruments available if you don't have your own.  So come along and join us!  It's like riding a bike.  You never forget how to play and you can only get better! There are no interviews or auditions, just turn up and play what you can.  You'll be amazed at how much you improve just by playing with a group. CD ORDERS STILL BEING TAKEN! The CDs are priced at £7.00 each (£5.00 for band members for the first CD only). I can assure you that the CD is FANTASTIC!
